Preparations are underway for the fourth annual Kid Fest: Coming Together in Love. It will be held at the Tri-County Fairgrounds in Mountain Grove.
Vendors from both Texas and Wright counties are signing up for participation in the event, which, has a block party feel. Among the planned entertainment are motorcycles, the Christian band “One,” ponies and trains to ride, aerial water and food. Among the goodies are hot dogs, watermelon, cookies and fairway treats.
Everything at Kid Fest is free. This year’s event is 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. Aug. 16.
