The following reports were generated last week by the Houston Police Department:
•Calvin L. Massey, 45, of Slabtown Road at Plato, was arrested June 8 for having an active city of Houston warrant for DWI. An officer who was aware of the warrant made the arrest after observing Massey walking north along Lilly Avenue at about 8:50 p.m.
He was taken to the Texas County Jail where he was unable to post $358.50 bond.
•Thomas S. Park, 17, of 114 Sugar Maple in Houston, was issued a citation for third-degree assault after an incident at a residence near Hawthorne Street and King Street at about 7:30 p.m. June 1.
A 44-year-old woman and 37-year-old man who live there told an investigating officer several teenagers had been standing on their property and that when the man confronted the group, Parks pulled out a knife and said he was going to kill him if he didn’t leave them alone. Parks was taken to the Texas County Jail, fingerprinted and released.
•Stewart T. Breeds II, 29, of 614 Park St. in Willow Springs, was issued a citation for driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop on U.S. 63 12:45 a.m. June 1.
•Roger W. Franklin, 53, of 6920 Westview Road in Houston, was issued a citation for displaying the plates of another after an officer observed a gray Chevrolet Corsica bearing truck license plates traveling north on U.S. 63 at about 3:50 p.m. May 25.
•Rebekah S.A. Kern, 17, of 104 Red Bud in Houston, was issued a citation for disobeying an electric signal after an officer observed a silver Plymouth Voyager turn from U.S. 63 onto Highway 17 at about 5:15 p.m. May 24 without stopping while the traffic light was red.
•Charlotte R. Mitchell, 26, of 13651 Highway AN in Success, was issued a citation for operating a vehicle with expired license plates after an officer observed expired tags on a purple Jeep Cherokee traveling west on Highway 17 at about 4:20 p.m. June 2.
•Alberto Gonzalez-Altamirano, 38, of 712 W. Chestnut Street in Houston, was issued citations for driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway after an officer observed a white Chevrolet Malibu cross the center line several times as it traveled on Chestnut Street at about 12:50 a.m. June 1.
After the car pulled into a driveway, the officer made contact with the driver and smelled alcohol.
•Patricia J. Hayes, 34, of 16155 Lewis Lane in Licking, was issued a citation for following too closely after a two-vehicle accident on U.S. 63 at about 8:15 p.m. June 1.
