Kathryn Lucille Reed, 84, passed away Thursday, June 12, 2014, at Mercy Hospital Lebanon.
She was born June 21, 1929, in Youngstown, Ohio, daughter of John and Margaret Bane Bartimus.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husbands, Eddie Newsome and William Reed; her sisters, Margaret Eward and Patricia Fick; and a granddaughter.
Survivors include a son, Ed Newsome of Lebanon; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a brother,Wesley Bartimus of Lake Ozark; a sister, Sandy Bartimus Morse of Spokane, Wash.; and many other family members.
Graveside services were Tuesday, June 17, in Boone Creek Cemetery with Paul Murray officiating. Services were under the direction of Evans Funeral Home.
