Albert L. Morgan, 79, of St. Charles, passed away Wednesday, July 16, 2014.

He was born Jan. 26, 1935, in Raymondville, son of Byrd K. and Anna E. Morgan.

He served in the Army from Jan 19, 1956 to Jan 16, 1959.

Albert loved being a daddy, playing pool and antique cars.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a son, John Chance.

Survivors include his wife, Lelia Y. Morgan; four children; Gary Mike Morgan, Connie Nelson, Sherry Chance and Barbara Gausepohl; a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and a brother, Carl.

Services were Monday, July 21, at Bradford Funeral Home Chapel. Burial with military rites were in Antioch Cemetery.
