The following reports were generated last week by the Houston Police Department:
•Lonnie D. McKinney, 52, of 12221 Highway FF in Bucyrus, was issued a citation for operating a motor vehicle with expired license plates after a traffic stop on Industrial Drive at about 9 p.m. July 3.
•Stetson S. Holler, 22, of 5991 Highway 137 at Yukon, was issued a citation for failure to exhibit an insurance card after a traffic stop on Main Street at about 10 p.m. July 3.
•Henry B. Boyd, 55, of 6736 Douglas Road in Houston, was issued a citation for driving while intoxicated at about 11 p.m. June 27.
Boyd was cited after an officer standing outside the sally port at the Texas County Justice Center observed a Jeep Wrangler pull into the parking lot. The officer made contact with the driver, who stated he was lost and trying to find Airport Road. The officer smelled alcohol and field sobriety tests were conducted.
Boyd was jailed for a six-hour hold period.
•Tyler J. Smith, 18, of 5082 Highway 137 at Yukon, and Quinton J. Alston, 18, of 16005 Forrest Drive in Houston, were each issued citations for failure to wear protective headgear while operating a motorcycle after an officer observed them riding without helmets at about 5:45 p.m. July 2 at the intersection of Hamrick Avenue and Spruce Street.
