The West Plains Police Department has issued an endangered person advisory for a missing boy.
Dylan B. Saltkill, 17, ran away from a West Plains location and took a caretaker’s vehicle, which was later found crashed. Dylan has the mental capacity of a 10 year old, police said.
Authorities said Monday that he was last seen at about 7:30 a.m. Sunday in Ozark County at Highways 201 and J. He was wearing a blue NASCAR T-shirt, blue jean shorts and white Nike tennis shoes. He made a statement he was en route to an unknown location in Mountain Home, the state patrol said.
Anyone seeing him or has information should contact 911 or the nearest law enforcement agency.
