Henry Thomas, 88, of Licking, passed away Sunday, Aug. 24, 2014, at Licking Park Manor.
He was born May 1, 1926, at Kinderpost, son of John and Iva (Johnson) Thomas. He and Marie Floyd were married Sept. 17, 2010.
He attended school in Licking and after graduation, worked for Union Electric for more than 30 years. He was a member of the United Methodist Church and Latimer Lodge AF & AM 145.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Ed; and four sisters, Grace, Claudine, Mabel and Dora.
Survivors include his wife, Marie; a daughter, Sandra Renfrow; two step-grandchildren; two sisters, Edna Prier and Bettye Lindsey; and many other family members.
Services were Wednesday, Aug. 27, at Fox Funeral Home with Pastor Robb Webster officiating. Burial was in Shafer Cemetery.
