First Christian Church in Houston will holds its annual teacher appreciation dinner on Monday, Aug. 11.
The event is the church’s annual kickoff for the Houston School District’s start of the year. There will be music from 5:30 to 6 p.m. A dinner is served at 6 p.m.
The church is on East Highway 17.
