U.S. Sen. Claire McCaskill will be at the VA West Plains Outpatient Clinic at 12:45 p.m. Tuesday to announce expansion of a service that allows veterans to offer feedback on the quality of service.
The clinic is at 1801 E. Highway K, Room 110.Â
The program is already in three regions in the state: St. Louis, Kansas City and Columbia.Â
