Two Houston men were arrested Saturday, Aug. 30, by the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the agency said. 

A wanted Houston man was arrested Saturday in Howell County, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said. 

Charles J. Smith, 21, was arrested on two felony warrants from Howell County for probation violation and wearing no seat belt. 

He is held at the Howell County Jail. 

A Houston man was arrested Saturday in Ozark County, the patrol said. 

Jacob Hatcher, 31, was cited and released for possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and failure to wear a seat belt, the patrol said.
