Authorities report an Amish buggy and vehicle have collided about three-quarters of a mile north of Licking on Highway C.
A medical chopper has been dispatched to a landing zone at Licking, authorities said.
It’s the second accident involving a buggy in less than a month at Licking. On Aug. 29, an accident was reported on Boone Creek Road.
