A local business is organizing its annual “Good Neighbor Day” program for today in Houston.
D & L Florist announced that is coordinating the promotion for Houston. Here’s how it works: Participants stop by and pick up a dozen roses. They keep one for themselves and pass the other 11 on to different people.
