The following reports were generated last week by the Houston Police Department:
•Teresa D. Mendenhall, 30, of 529 Mill St., Suite A, in Houston, was issued a citation for operating a vehicle with an expired license plate after a traffic stop at about 3 p.m. Sept. 11 near First Street and U.S. 63.
•James E.R. Burris, 22, of 225 Frederick St. in Houston, was issued a citation for failure to register a motor vehicle after a traffic stop on Highway 17 at about 5 a.m. Sept. 10.
