Thomas “Tom” Bill Fowler, Jr., 67, passed away Friday, Aug. 29, 2014, at his home in Raymondville.
He was born Feb. 28, 1947, in Atlanta, Ga., son of Thomas and Sara Fowler.
He was a Marine Corp veteran for 23 years. He served two tours in Vietnam.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his wife, Charlene of their home; a brother, Virgil Fowler of Augusta, Ga.; a sister, Pat Hyatt of Alabama; three children, Pete Fowler, Bill Fowler and Michelle Figley of Kansas City; a grandson; three stepchildren, Angelia Andrews of Thayer, Kelly Warden of Melbourne, Fla., and Michael Jones of Columbia; and eight step-grandchildren.
No services are planned at this time. His body was donated to science was under the direction of Evans Funeral Home.
