The following reports were generated last week by the Texas County Sheriff’s Department:
•A man called at about 6:25 p.m. Sept. 20 to report a tenant of his Splitlimb Road property at Raymondville was being loud and causing a problem.
•Sarah E. Booker, 33, of 1025 Whispering Pine Lane at Licking, was issued a citation for failure to maintain financial responsibility after a traffic stop on U.S. 63 at about 10:30 p.m. Oct. 4.
•A 32-year-old Cabool woman reported Sept. 14 that three cows had been stolen from her U.S. 63 property. The woman told an investigating officer she had seen the animals the previous day and that fences at the property were all sound.
She also stated she had contacted neighbors but none knew where the cows were. The cows reportedly each weighed 700 to 1,000 pounds.
•A deputy investigated a report of arson Sept. 13 on Sunrise Drive at Cabool.
The officer made contact with a 27-year-old woman at the location who said a trailer belonging to her mother had been burned to the ground. The woman told the officer she suspected arson because electricity had not been on in the dwelling for several months. She also stated a neighbor man had made threats that he would make sure her brother would not have a place to live when he got out of jail.
Before being incarcerated, the brother was reportedly living in the burned trailer.
•A deputy investigated a reported domestic incident Sept. 13 at a U.S. 63 residence at Cabool.
The officer made contact with a 43-year-old man who lives there who stated his girlfriend had damaged his motor home by ramming it with her truck, and had also punched him in the face several times and scratched his face.
The man told the officer he didn’t want to pursue charges.
•A deputy investigated a report of an assault Sept. 8 at a Highway 17 residence at Houston.
A 29-year-old woman who lives there stated her 30-year-old husband had broken into her house and wouldn’t leave. The officer made contact with the man and he said he had been staying with his wife for a few days and she had become angry and locked him out. The woman confirmed that her husband had been living with her for about a week.
The officer asked her if her husband had been violent toward her and she said he hadn’t, but she didn’t want him there any longer.
•Wilford H. Storm, 25, of 17695 Storm Lane in Licking, and Kelliann L. Ramsey, 18, of 17855 Ware Road in Licking, were each issued citations for third-degree assault after getting into a fight at about 6:10 p.m. Sept. 28 Van-Cleve Drive location at Licking.
•A 55-year-old Willow Springs woman reported a burglary Oct. 3 at her Highway 137 residence. An investigating officer and the woman searched her house together and found nothing missing, but the officer did observe a lock to a window that was broken. There are no suspects.
•A Missouri Division of Youth Services representative called Oct. 2 to report that a juvenile offender with an active warrant had just run from her custody at a Hartville Road residence at Licking.
Several officers responded and searched the area for the 15-year-old boy, but were unable to locate him. The Licking Police Department and Missouri State Highway Patrol were contacted.
•A Licking man called Sept. 29 to complain about dogs barking at a neighbor’s house adjacent to his Hartville Road residence. The man was advised the county doesn’t have a noise ordinance.
•A deputy was dispatched Sept. 30 regarding a property line dispute on Shafer Road at Licking. The officer located survey markers and advised both parties involved that if they disagreed with the location of the markers, they could have their own survey done.
