Services for Helen Moore Smith, 94, of Eunice, are 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 27, at Eunice Baptist Church.
Visitation is 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 26, at Evans Funeral Home, Houston.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to Hospice of Care or Big Creek Cemetery.
