A Mountain Grove man was injured in a Texas County crash Saturday evening east of Mountain Grove on U.S. 60, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
An eastbound 2009 Chevrolet Aveo driven by Raffiel L. Geuvara, 19, ran off the roadway. A passenger, Shawn R. Dodds, 21, of Mountain Grove, sustained minor injuries and was to seek his own medical treatment, said Cpl. Eric Cooper.
The vehicle sustained extensive damage. Both occupants were wearing seat belts, reported Cooper. He assisted on the scene by Sgt. Roger Hillhouse following the 6:40 p.m. crash about 1.2 miles east of Mountain Grove.
