Three persons filed Tuesday for positions in Houston government.
Incumbents Mary Barnes, Ward I; and Charles “Chalky” Wells, Ward II, will seek re-election. David Arthur is the Ward III incumbent.
Kenton Rhea Yarnall filed for mayor. The incumbent, Don Tottingham, filed Tuesday.
