A Licking man was arrested Saturday night on many charges following an accident, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Cheyenne S. Mourning, 37, is charged with DWI, careless and imprudent driving involving an accident, failed to register a motor vehicle, having no proof of insurance, displayed plates of another vehicle, wearing no seat belt and having no valid operator’s license.
He was taken to the Texas County Jail and held.
A Mountain Grove man, Franklin M. Moad, 37, was arrested in the county Saturday night on two City of Mountain Grove misdemeanor warrants charging him with shoplifting, the patrol said. He was transported to the Texas County Jail.
