Phoenix Lanette Hoffman was born and passed away Tuesday, Dec. 16, 2016, at Missouri Baptist Hospital in Sullivan.
Survivors include her parents, Amanda D. Wilson and Steven B. Hoffman of St. Clair; a brother, James Tausher; two sisters, Lonna Keeton and Harley Hoffman; her grandparents, Salvador and Donna S. Ortiz of Raymondville, Chuck and Deena Shepherd of St. Clair and Jerry and Sharon Wilson of Victorville, Calif.; her great-grandmothers, Noveta Smith of Houston and Christina Prather of Sonora, Calif.; and many extended family members.
Services were Saturday, Dec. 20, at Bradford Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Gary Steelman officiating. Burial was in Antioch Cemetery.
