An officer made the arrest after being dispatched at about 10:50 p.m. regarding a domestic disturbance at a Dooley Street residence. On the way there, the officer observed two men walking on Dooley Street and recognized one of them as Hayes, whom he knew had the warrants.

A Missouri State Highway Patrol officer transported Hayes to the Texas County Jail, where he was unable to post $546.50 bond.

•An officer was dispatched Dec. 10 to a strip mall on U.S. 63 north regarding a report of property damage that had occurred the previous night.

The owner of the property told the officer six mailboxes had been damaged sometime after 10 p.m. the night before. The officer observed that the boxes were bent and twisted vertically indicating possible impact from a vehicle.
