Robert Huff, 70, of Bakersfield, Mo., died Dec. 12, 2014, at Cox South Hospital in Springfield, Mo. He was born the son of the late William Huff and Alfa Sanders Huff, on July 7, 1944, in St. Louis, Mo.
He was united in marriage April 16, 2009 in West Plains, Mo., to Mary Barnes. He is survived by his wife, Mary Barnes Huff, of the home, Bakersfield, Mo.; two children, Velvet Lewis and husband, James, of Houston, Mo., and Gary Huff and wife, Ronda of Houston, Mo.; three stepdaughters; nine grandchildren; and four great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters. He worked as a maintenance supervisor at West Vue Nursing Home, West Plains, for over 17 years. He loved to hunt and fish, enjoyed going to auctions, and also loved to garden.
Local arrangements were under the direction of Carter Funeral Home, Inc., West Plains.
