A Houston church has launched a mobile app.
Faith Fellowship unveiled the mobile ministry at the conclusion of Sunday morning’s worship service. The app is free and available to the public.
“In today’s busy society, staying connected is important,” Pastor Bill Villapiano said. “With the church app we can send reminders, alerts and our church family can access the announcements or follow any ministry in the church. If they can’t be here, they listen to the message live, they can share it with others or download it and listen later.”
The church said features on the app, which is available on all mobile platforms, include:
- Live audio stream of Sunday morning and Wednesday night messages.
- Information pages on ministries for children, teens, men and women as well as the Celebrate Recovery program.
- Announcements of church events and online calendar.
- Digital connection cards, prayer requests or responses.
- Connections to the church’s social media accounts.
- Mobile giving.
The app can be downloaded on the App Store and Google Play by searching for “Faith Fellowship Houston Mo.”
“When you can access a tool that will allow you to build your faith, share your faith and stay connected it becomes obvious that is a tool we should use for the Kingdom of God,” Villapiano said.
