Lisa Ann Baker, 49, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 6, 2015.
She was born Jan. 29, 1965, in Ford Leonard Wood, daughter of Wilson Benjamin Fields and Anna Marie Cotton.
She loved spending time with her grandchildren, family and friends. She enjoyed watching NASCAR races, crossword puzzles, crafts, writing poems and going places with friends and family.
She was preceded in death by her father; her stepmother, Ethel Fields; and a sister, Tammy Fields.
Survivors include her mother and stepfather, Anna Marie and Lloyd Cotton; a brother, Ricky Fields; a son, Tyler Givens; a daughter, Brittany Mahan; three half-brothers, Benjamin Fields Jr., Jim Cotton, Bobby Houke; a half-sister, Lisa Yoder; three grandchildren; and many extended family members and friends.
Memorial services will be held at a later date. Cremation was under the direction of James and Gahr Mortuary in Salem.
