A long-range plan for the City of Houston is the topic at the Tuesday, March 3, monthly noon luncheon of the Houston Area Chamber of Commerce.
Elaine Campbell, City of Houston development director; and Don Tottingham, mayor, will speak at the meeting at the Houston Lions Club Den on North U.S. 63.
The Houston Planning and Zoning Commission is studying the issue. A group from Drury University also recently completed work on the project.
