A Summersville man was arrested Saturday night on an outstanding warrant from Shannon County, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Terry L. Smith, 33, was arrested on a felony warrant charging him with passing a bad check worth $500 or more, the patrol said.
He was taken to the Texas County Jail.
