A wanted Hartshorn man was arrested Friday night in Texas County by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Authorities said Marc C. Zeumer, 45, was taken to the Texas County Jail and held on a felony warrant charging him with aggravated battery from the district attorney’s office in Las Cruces, N.M.
