Elisha Diedrick Blair, 83, of Licking, passed away Saturday, March 21, 2015, at his home.
He was born Dec. 2, 1931, in Blooming Rose, son of John McKinley Blair and Emma Jane Pax Blair. He and Neaomi Ruth McCall were married Dec. 7, 1968, in St. Louis.
He was a minister for years. He ministered at Gospel Assembly Church in Duke for 26 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two sons, Luther Blair and Dean Blair; a grandson; three brothers; and two sisters.
Survivors include three sons, Billy Blair of Oakley, Calif., Carl Blair of Vallejo, Calif., and Michael Blair of Perryville; three daughters, Sharon Hall of Springfield, Brenda Walsch of St. Louis, Rhonda Peebles of Fredericktown; 24 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
Services were Tuesday, March 24, at Gospel Assembly Church in Duke with Pastor Lonnie Case officiating. Burial was in Beulah Cemetery under direction of Fox Funeral Home.
