Westbound Interstate 44 at mile marker 184 in Rolla is back open to traffic after being closed since Saturday due to a multi-vehicle crash. The crash site at mile marker 184 was just west of U.S. Route 63 at the Kingshighway interchange.
MoDOT crews managed to get one lane of westbound traffic moving around 9 a.m. this morning by using interchange ramps in the vicinity of the crash. Additional clean-up work took place most ofSunday because of a hazardous material spill.
MoDOT crews worked throughout the night Saturday and much of Sunday to plow snow across the state. Most state routes are now clear or mostly clear.
