Community Radio KZ88, of Cabool, will host a “Bring Your Green” party from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday at the Yellow House Community Arts Center, at 209 Trish Knight Blvd. in West Plains.
The annual benefit event will feature a St. Patrick’s Day theme. Traditional food of “bangers and mash” and “bubbles and squeak” will be served. Also available will be soda bread, potato soup, desserts and more. There will be live music featuring the Haenke Brothers (Brian and David), special guests Linda Stoffel and Gordon Johnston.
There will also be games, door prizes, live broadcasts and a silent auction. There will be a huge variety of items in the silent auction. All proceeds go directly to keeping community radio on-the-air in southern Missouri.
Donations of items for the silent auction may be left at the KZ88 studios in Cabool, the Yellow House front porch in West Plains, Willow Ann-Tiques in Willow Springs or Sunshine Market Natural foods in Mountain View.
