Mary Jo Hardester Melton, 36, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 18, 2015.
She was born April 21, 1978, in St. Louis, daughter of Ronald Wayne Sr. and Velma Florene Gale Hardester. She and Alfred Lee Melton were married Dec. 17, 1994, in Beulah.
She devoted her life to raising and caring for her three sons, Anthony, Seth and Aden. She enjoyed camping, riding motorcycles with her husband, Alfred, and family reunions. She loved collecting trolls with Aden, watching Seth’s soccer games and traveling to Civil War reenactments with Anthony.
She was preceded in death by her father and a brother, Ronald Wayne Hardester Jr.
Survivors include her husband, Alfred; three sons, Anthony, Seth and Aden; and her mother, Velma Hardester.
Services were Saturday, Feb. 28, at Fox Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Everett Perkins officiating. Burial was in Hutchason Cemetery.
