Services for Sylvia Cook, 81, of Hartshorn, are 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 21, at at Valley Center Baptist Church in Hartshorn.
Visitation is 6-8 p.m. Monday, April 20, at Bradford Funeral Home Chapel.
Burial will be in Valley Center Cemetery near Hartshorn.
