Paul Wayne Hazel, 74, of Lynchburg, passed away Saturday, April 11, 2015, at his home.
He was born June 4, 1940, in Nebo, son of Granville and Lora Hazel. He and Shirley JoAnn Williams were married June 8, 1963. She passed away May 16, 2005.
He professed his faith in Christ and was baptized at an early age.
He loved country living. He enjoyed spending time with his family, hunting and fishing. He loved doing anything outdoors.
Survivors include his son, Jerry Hazel; two sisters, Norma Breeden and Caroline DeGraw of Lebanon; three brothers, Roland Hazel and Rick Hazel of Lebanon and Larry Hazel of Independence; a grandson; and many other family members and friends.
Services are 11 a.m. Thursday, April 16, at Fox Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Mitchell Cemetery.
