•Allen G. Loehmann, 64, of 19911 Highway B at Raymondville, was issued a citation for failure to yield right of way after a two-vehicle accident on U.S. 63 at about 11:50 a.m. April 2.
•Michelle D. Mahler, 30, of 119 E. Hickory St. in Houston, was arrested April 2 for having an active Texas County warrant for second-degree assault on a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest. An officer who was aware of the warrant arrested Mahler at her residence.
She was taken to the Texas County Jail and held on $250,000 bond.
•James L. Hawkins, 36, of 305 Bryan St. in Houston, was issued a citation for driving while intoxicated after an officer investigated a two-vehicle accident at in the parking lot of a U.S. 63 gas station at about 9:20 p.m. March 20.
