A Mountain View driver was injured in a crash Saturday night on Highway 17, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Elizabeth D. Phillips, 18, of Mountain View, was traveling southbound about six miles north of her hometown when her 1995 Toyota Avalon went off the left side of the roadway and through a fence.
Phillips, who was wearing a seatbelt, was taken by ambulance with moderate injuries to Mercy Hospital in Mountain View. Tpr. C.L. Davis said the vehicle was totaled.
