Terry McConnaughhay

Terry Lynn McConnaughhay, 52, passed away Sunday, May 17, 2015, at Cox South in Springfield.

He was born Feb. 19, 1963, in Yakima, Wash., son of Clifton and Ada Kinserlow McConnaughhay. He and Judy Lee Dunigan were married April 7, 1985, in Houston.

He grew up in the Eunice area and graduated from Summersville High School in 1981.

He was a master Millwright for more than 27 years. He enjoyed fishing, gardening, model cars, spending time with friends and family, playing billiards and building or working on anything with an engine.

He was preceded in death by his mother.

Survivors include his wife, Judy; a son, Terry “TJ” McConnaughhay, Jr. of Houston; a granddaughter; his father, Clifton McConnaughhay, of Houston; a brother, Clifton McConnaughhay, Jr. of Eunice; and a sister, Angie Hall of Montauk.

Services were Friday, May 22, at Evans Funeral Home with Pastor Paul Murray officiating. Burial was in Oak Hill Cemetery.
