Residents from Houston and Elk Creek were hurt Wednesday in a crash east of Norwood.
Tpr. D.E. Rogers of the Missouri State Highway Patrol said an eastbound 1999 Chevrolet truck experienced equipment failure and travelled off the left side of U.S. 60, travelled back across and overturned on its side in a ditch.
The driver, Dallas R. Neal, 18, of Elk Creek; and George J. Wink, 21, of Houston, were taken with minor injuries to Texas County Memorial Hospital.
Rogers said both were bearing seat belts. The vehicle was totaled.
