Barbara J. Lavely, 67, passed away Monday, July 13, 2015, at Mercy Hospital in Springfield.
She was born Sept. 24, 1947, in St. Louis, daughter of Walter J. Sebastain and Francis E. Luck. She and Donald W. Lavely were married Aug. 2, 1973.
She loved being with her family. She enjoyed traveling and going to the casino.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include her husband, Donald of the home; a son, Donnie; a brother, Wally Sebastian; and several other family services.
Memorial services were Saturday, July 18, at Fox Funeral Home Chapel with Father Matthew Rehrauer officiating.
