Beverly Ann Mustoe Hockman, 83, passed away Monday, July 20, 2015.
She was born Sept. 10, 1931, in Wichita, Kan., daughter of Floyd and Nora Brittendall Mustoe. She and James “Jay” Leroy Hockman were married April 17, 1949.
She and her husband, Jay, lived in Kansas, California, Missouri, 
Arkansas and Oklahoma as they raised five children.
She worked at home, in school cafeterias and supervised senior citizen lunch programs 
in both Salem and Licking.
She loved to cook and tend to her flower garden. She especially enjoyed 
making quilts for each new family celebration. Her greatest love was her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Jay; two brothers, Glenn and Richard; and a grandson.
Survivors include five children, Jim Hockman of Greeley, Colo., Steven Hockman of Bonner Springs, Kan., Chet Hockman of Wichita, Kan., Susan Watkins of Rolla and Nancy Warren of Springdale, Ark.; 10 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
Graveside services are 2 p.m. Saturday, July 25, in Licking Cemetery. Services are under direction of Fox Funeral Home.
