Karyl Lynn Mohr Queen, 58, passed away Sunday, July 19, 2015.

She was born Aug. 8, 1956, in Flint, Mich., daughter of Harold and Bernice Mohr. She and Michie Joe Queen were married in 19991 in Fort Myers, Fla.

She and her husband settled in Licking.

She loved cooking, flowers, camping, holiday gatherings and especially her family.

She was employed by Country Mart in Licking until later taking a job at Licking Elementary School. She remained a custodian there for many years before leaving. Then she retired on disability.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Rita mohr.

Survivors include her husband, Michie Joe Queen; three brothers, Dan, Lon, and Skip Mohr of Michigan; three daughters, Michelle Ann Queen Whitaker of Missouri, Deborah Ann Queen Williams of Georgia and Jaime Sue Queen of Arkansas; eight grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Services are 11 a.m. Thursday, July 23, at Fox Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Lon Mohr officiating. Burial was in Boone Creek Cemetery.
