The Missouri State Highway Patrol said two persons — once twice — were arrested July 4 in the area as troopers saturated roadways during the holiday.
Hannah M. Capp, 23, of Cabool, was arrested on warrants charging her with failure to appear on having no insurance and failure to appear on failure to register a motor vehicle. She was taken to the Texas County Jail.
Payton L. Kinserlow, 20, of Summersville, was arrested at 5:45 p.m. on charges of DWI, failure to register a motor vehicle and failing to drive on the right half of the roadway. He was taken to the Shannon County Jail and released.
Kinserlow was arrested again at 7:45 p.m. on charges of DWI, the patrol said. He was taken to the Shannon County Jail and later released.
