A Plato man was arrested Monday morning on a felony probation violation warrant from Taney County.
Russell W. Brown, 48, was also charged with wearing no seat belt, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Brown was taken to the Texas County Jail and held without bond, the patrol said.
