A passenger, Chasity N. Sikes, 20, was taken by Texas County Memorial Hospital ambulance to Ozark Medical Center in West Plains.

Philpott said neither was wearing a seatbelt. The vehicle had moderate damage after the crash three miles south of Summersville.
