A woman from Licking sustained moderate injuries Wednesday afternoon near Dogs Bluff river access west of Houston.
Tpr. Travis L. Brown said a 2009 Ford Mustang driven by April A. Wedge, 31, of Bucyrus, hydroplaned on wet Highway 17, crossed the center line and collided with a 2011 Ford Fiesta operated by Rebecca D. Smith.
Smith was transported by ambulance to Texas County Memorial Hospital.Â
Brown said both were wearing seat belts. The Mustang had extensive damage; the Fiesta was totaled, he said.
