A local business will hold its annual “Good Neighbor” program today (Wednesday, Sept. 2) in Houston.
D & L Florist announced that is coordinating the promotion for Houston. Here’s how it works: Participants stop by and pick up a dozen roses. They keep one for themselves and pass the other 11 on to different people. About 2,500 will be distributed.
