A Halloween event is planned Saturday, Oct. 31, in downtown Houston.
The annual activity — which runs from 6-8 p.m. — allows children to receive candy and participate in several activities downtown. Families are encouraged to set up a booth to distribute goodies. All that is required is two bags of “starter candy” and bowls will be replenished during the evening. Set up time is 5:15-5:45 p.m. Vehicles need to be off streets at 5:45 p.m.
