A Mountain Home, Ark., man faces drug and vehicle tampering charges following his arrest Saturday in Texas County.
Stephen I. Osborne, 32, was arrested by the Missouri State Highway Patrol on misdemeanor possession of a marijuana and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, as well as first-degree felony tampering of a motor vehicle.
Osborne is held at the Texas County Jail.
