Norman Walter Neagle, 87, passed away Thursday, Sept. 24, 2015, at his home in Summersville.
He was born Sept. 12, 1928, in Summersville, son of Walter Glen and Bertha Pearl Belew Neagle. He and Marjorie Cleta Young were married Nov. 28, 1946.
He was a member of the Summersville Masonic Lodge and Summersville First Christian Church.
He enjoyed hunting, camping, boating, motorcycling riding and many other activities with family.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Thelma Bunch
Survivors include his wife, Marjorie of the home; two daughters, Dianne Green and Carolyn Halverson; a brother, John Neagle; a sister, Nina Barton; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Services were Saturday, Sept. 26, First Christian Church in Summersville. Burial was in Summersville Cemetery under the direction of Bradford Funeral Home.
