A driver was arrested late Friday on DWI charges after a crash in southern Texas County, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Rhonda J. Grindstaff, 36, of Willow Springs, was driving a 2003 Chevrolet 2500 that failed to negotiate a curve on Bradford Road, ran off the roadway and struck a tree.
Grindstaff, who had moderate injuries, was taken by ambulance to Ozarks Medical Center. A passenger who was not wearing a seat belt, Samantha M. Geer, 23, of Willow Springs, also went to OMC with minor injuries. Tpr. Travis Brown said it was unknown if Grindstaff was wearing a seat belt.

The truck sustained extensive damage.
