Houston High School senior Keegan Spurlin was named the ‘Built Ford Tough Player of the Week’ for his efforts in the Tigers’ homecoming loss.
Spurlin, who also received the honor in Week 4, had nine tackles in Houston’s 28-14 loss to Ava. Two of the tackles were for losses.
Spurlin joins Ethan Kelley as two-time winners of the award, which is sponsored and selected by Romines Motor Co.
